Determination of Content of Slow-Release Nitrogen Fertilizer Oxamide by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A method for the determination of content of a new type slow-release nitrogen fertilizer oxamide by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The measurement was performed on an InertSustain C_(18) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% sulfuric acid with volume rate of 1∶19 at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 205 nm, and the injection volume was 20 μL. The result showed that this method can be used to accurately determine oxamide content with high precision and good reproducibility.
