The Trust Between Teachers and Students:The Logical Starting Point for the Construction of Teaching Morality

Teaching morality not only emphasizes the individual morality of both teachers and students,but also considers the whole teaching process which attaches great importance to the ethical value of teaching process,and indicates the quest for the value of goodness.The trust between teachers and students is an essential perspective and a logical starting point in the study on the construction of teaching morality.In teaching practice,it is hard for primary and secondary teachers to make choices when facing with morality-related questions like teaching knowledge or cultivating people,discipline or equal talk,put priority on some special students or major students,pay attention on teachers' skills or morality.The generation of all these questions is closely related to the trust between teachers and students.Therefore it is inevitable to answer these questions in order to construct the teaching morality under the condition of mutual trust between teachers and students.The approaches are suggested as follows:teaching knowledge and cultivating people,equal talk,constructing close relationship of "you and me",teaching differentially,paying attention on individual students,making requirements on teaching skills and morality,and promoting credibility of teachers.
