On the Types,Characteristics and Functions of Teacher-based Personal Curriculum

Teacher-based personal curriculum is a kind of discourse system based on the curriculum,which transcends classroom teaching,and promotes the teacher's life,research and professional development.It has characteristics of individual differences,practice directivity,form diversity,dynamic generation and time adaptability.From the perspective of content sources,it can be divided into three types:the understanding of established curriculum,the understanding of teacher's self,and the understanding of both.Based on the orientation of the curriculum goal,it can be divided into pointing to the teacher's life,professional development,scientific research and teaching activities.Its formation is of great significance to the construction of teacher-based personal curriculum view,the professional development of teachers,the cultivation of students' key competencies,the satisfaction of the internal requirements of the curriculum practice,the establishment of teachers' curriculum responsibility.
